Cakes & Cupcakes
Basic buttercream cakes start at $6.00 per serving with a $85 minimum. (I do not cover cakes with fondant).
Cakes with specialty fillings are $6.25 per serving or +.25 per filling.
Basic cupcakes (two dozen minimum per flavor) are $30 per dozen
Filled cupcakes (two dozen minimum per flavor) are $35 per dozen
Some gluten-free cake flavors are available and are denoted with an asterisk.
Smash cakes are 4" x 3 layers and are $40 with the purchase of two dozen cupcakes, two dozen macarons, or another larger cake.
If you don't see the flavor (below) that you're interested in, I'm game to try and come up with the flavor(s) that you're looking for. Florals, fondant accents, metallic drips, gold and silver edible foil, and cake toppers are available for an extra fee.

Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Swiss meringue buttercream (SMBC) is the reason why I make cakes and is the only kind of buttercream I make! It is a lighter and less sweet buttercream that can be flavored with just about anything. If you don't see a flavor you like, I can always experiment to try to come up with exactly what you want.
Dairy-free buttercream options are also available.

Wedding Cakes
I would love to talk to you about your wedding cake! The per-serving rate is the same as it is for celebration cakes. However, I have a delivery fee of $.655 per mile both ways for any delivery that is more than 35 miles from my address. The $85 minimum also applies for wedding cakes, and I have a $50 fee if you'd like me to set up your dessert table.
If you're interested in working with me for your wedding cake and/or macarons, please contact me as soon as you know the date of your celebration. Once we settle on the number of servings and design, a deposit of half of the total is due to hold your booking, and then the final payment is due one week prior to delivery.

Delivery
I offer free deliveries if the address is within a 35-mile radius of my address. Otherwise, I have a delivery fee of $.655 per mile both ways. More information is below.
Free Delivery areas:
Any address in between Burns and Cheyenne within 7 miles (North and South) of I-80
The Cheyenne area (North to the Tractor Supply, South to Terry Ranch Road, and West to the pull-off on the Happy Jack Highway that's close to WAFB Gate #2).
Macarons
(CONTAINS ALMONDS - pronounced MAK-A-RONS)
A macaron is a gluten-free sweet meringue-based confection made with egg white, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond flour, and food coloring. Sometimes the shells have additional flavoring like spices. The French macarons that I make are 1.75 - 2 inches in diameter.
Macarons are $30 per dozen, with a minimum order of 2 dozen with 1 flavor per dozen.
Shaped, decorated, stenciled, or Creme Brulee macarons are $38 per dozen.
The flavors I've listed are not all-inclusive but are the most popular. If you don't see something listed, custom flavors can be created. Macarons can be filled with many different combinations of swiss buttercream, ganache, and other fillings.

Most every month (hopefully) I plan on offering a macaron variety pack that will have 4 each of 3 different flavors for $30 per dozen. I only take cash on delivery for the monthly mac sets. You will be able to preorder these sets as well as make special arrangements for delivery.

FAQs
When you order a custom cake from me you can expect that the cake will always have or be:
Exclusively filled and frosted with Swiss buttercream
Baked from scratch cake layers that are at least 1-3/8" in height
Internal filling or buttercream (also made from scratch) that is at least 1/4 inch thick
Most tall cakes (4 layers or more) will have both internal cake boards and poly dowels for support
Tiered cakes will have the same poly dowel supports but with internal foam core boards
Priced per serving, with extras available for an additional fee
Not covered in fondant! I only use fondant for accents
Have cutting and freezing directions attached to the packaging/box
Gluten-sensitive & dairy free options available
Inspiration photos are welcome, and I will create a design from your vision that is unique and original.
If you purchased a custom cake topper, it will have dimension, and will be finished with a clean back.
Delicious! Taste is my #1 priority, because if it doesn't taste amazing, what's the point?!
