I'm currently booking out 2 - 3 months in advance.
I would love to work with you, but I'm also a teacher so I have to limit the number of orders I take during the school year (the second week in August through May).
The best practice is to PLAN AHEAD, I book orders up to 12 months in advance!
How to order:
Send a direct message to me on any of my social media accounts, and I will check to see if I'm available. OR you can text me as well (307.630.1267).
If I'm available, then I will put your order on my "master list" and I ask that you send me an email (heathergoodwine@gmail.com) with the following information:
Your full name:
Phone number:
Delivery date:
Delivery time and address:
The celebrant's name or names:
Occasion:
The number of servings you'd like:
Cake and filling and flavor choice:
Any allergies:
*Design ideas:
*Also please attach any cake inspiration photos that you have to the email as well.
NOTE - email is the only way that I will confirm orders. If you haven't emailed and/or received an email response from me then your order is not confirmed. Additionally, please be patient as I answer emails when I can squeeze the time in!
Payments etc.
When possible, I prefer cash on delivery.
Orders under $200 do not require a deposit, and a cash or check payment is due on delivery.
Orders (besides weddings) over $200 will require a deposit, with the final payment being due on delivery (the final payment for wedding orders are due one week prior to delivery).
Deposits can be made by sending me a check.

I arrange/discuss orders through email, but if you'd like to visit with me we can definitely do that, just understand that it might take me a little bit longer to get back to you by phone.
I will always try to finalize your order as soon as I get your email. If you haven't decided on some of the details, then it's fine to give them to me later. Otherwise... I try to work on orders a month in advance. But, if you haven't heard from me please just reply to the email conversation we're having.
Delivery
I offer free delivery if the address is within a 35-mile radius of my address. Otherwise, I have a delivery fee of $.655 per mile both ways. More information is below.
Free Delivery areas:
Any address in between Burns and Cheyenne within 7 miles (North and South) of I-80
The Cheyenne area (North to the Tractor Supply, South to Terry Ranch Road, and West to the pull-off on the Happy Jack Highway that's close to WAFB Gate #2).
